Texas Income Property offers professional leasing services which include: Marketing: Multiple Listing Service (MLS), our website, AustinHomeSearch.com, Austin Board of Realtors consumer sites, signage on property Screening Applicants: We have a thorough 4 point screening process which includes: Rental History, current and past Criminal History report check using local, State and National Databases (National Tenant Network) Credit Report from Experian, TransUnion and/or Equifax Employment Verification Lease Signing Once an applicant is approved we then schedule to sign a TAA (Texas Apartment Association) lease at our office. This full leasing service is also provided along with our property management services. We also offer one-time leasing services, for those properties owners choose to manage themselves.
