TIP is constantly surveying the rental market for rate information. We use a large computer data base of market rents throughout the Austin area. This information helps you to set a rental rate that will attract residents and minimize vacancy losses.

Activity Reports

We keep traffic logs on your property. The number of ad calls, showings, and comments from residents and agents recorded to keep us informed about the status of your property. This information is extremely useful in determining what rent you should be asking and what can be done to lease your property faster.

Credit Checks

It is extremely important that making sure your selection of a new resident is a wise and informed one. One cannot judge a book by its cover these days. We provide thorough credit and background checks to screen and select the quality residents that will take care of the property and pay rent on time.

Multiple Listing

As members of the Austin Board of Realtors we use the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). Property placed in the MLS receives maximum exposure to a large number of locators specializing in the single family and duplex market. The MLS is particular useful for property in the higher price ranges or that have special amenities or terms to the lease.
