Credit Checks It is extremely important that making sure your selection of a new resident is a wise and informed one. One cannot judge a book by its cover these days. We provide thorough credit and background checks to screen and select the quality residents that will take care of the property and pay rent on time. Multiple Listing As members of the Austin Board of Realtors we use the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). Property placed in the MLS receives maximum exposure to a large number of locators specializing in the single family and duplex market. The MLS is particular useful for property in the higher price ranges or that have special amenities or terms to the lease.
