He is president of Texas Income Property and founded the company in 1979. It was incorporated in 1984. He is a past president of the South Central Texas CCIM Chapter and has participated in numerous boards and committees at the Austin Board of Realtors. He is certified by the CCIM Institute as having special competence in investment and commercial real estate transactions.
