Texas Income Property's management services include rent collection, leasing, evictions and maintenance of investment properties for: Condos, Duplexes and Single Family Homes. We use TAA (Texas Apartment Association) Leases and Forms.
Rent Collection
- Rent is due from the tenants on the 1st of each month, considered late on the 4th and eviction notices are sent as early as the 5th.
- Residents may pay by dropping by our conveniently located office at 105 W. Riverside Drive, Suite 110, dropping payment in the night drop or by paying online.
- Evictions are filed as early as the 8th of each month.
Monthly Owner Statements
- Owner financial statements are prepared monthly with a Cash Flow report included. This will show what rent was collected and Year-to-Date costs.
- We offer direct deposit and emailed statements or your check will be mailed along with your monthly statement.
Maintenance
- Resident work orders must be in writing to our office by filling out an online form, sending a fax or filling out a work order request form in person.
- Annual Safety Inspections are performed and properties are kept up to date with Texas Property Codes.
